Relationships, Women and Sensuality

Have you lost that loving feeling? Do you want to get in touch with your sensual side? Maybe sex has become more of a chore than a pleasure? Are you so exhausted at the end of the day that your desire fizzles? Do you wish you could bring back the desire in your relationship or in you as an individual?

A woman plays so many roles in today’s society. Being a wife, a mother, a daughter, a grandmother, a caregiver and a breadwinner, among other things is not easy! There is so much pressure on women in today’s society to be everything to everyone. The passionate and sensual side of a woman frequently gets lost.

In this seminar, we will explore the links between sensuality, stress, and expectations in our relationships! We will discuss how our relationships foster or inhibit our sensuality and what kinds of things we can do to become more aware of our needs for intimacy, affection and sensuality. This seminar also will gently guide you through hypnosis, by registered nurse and certified hypotherapist, Lynette Bear.
